Meet The Team

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Lena has been obsessed with love stories since she was a kid, always looking forward to the next wedding she could attend with her grandfather or mother. As a young party planner, she threw everything from a Wizard of Oz bash to a Greek mythology extravaganza, and even a Breakfast at Tiffany’s-themed quinceañera.

In second grade, she was hooked on Jane Austen and other authors famous for the best love stories ever—looking at you, Shakespeare, the Brontë sisters, and even Charles Dickens. By high school, she was dancing her way through ballet in New York City. Eventually, Lena found her true calling in wedding planning, where she could combine her love for storytelling, creativity, and a bit of flair.

As a former theater performer, Lena is all about telling a great story—drawing inspiration from film directors like Wes Anderson, Hayao Miyazaki, and choreographers like George Balanchine and Justin Peck. Occasionally, she even draws influence from a K-pop music video or two for that extra bit of spice.

When she’s not crafting stunning weddings, Lena spends time with her amazing husband, daughter, and their diva cat, Sushi. Picture Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wears Prada… but with fur. She’s got opinions, and yes, they’re always right.
