The Schedule
Day 1 | Arrival & Welcome
Arrive in South Korea, and settle into your traditional HanOk accommodations, with both private and shared room options available. Airport transfers and transportation to all scheduled retreat activities are included.
In the evening, join us for a welcome Korean BBQ dinner where you'll meet fellow attendees and begin building connections with wedding/event professionals from around the world. After dinner, guests are invited to explore a vibrant neighborhood of Seoul.
Day 2 | Culture, Education, and Editorial Inspiration
Begin the day with breakfast at your HanOk before joining a series of educational sessions led by Korean wedding and hospitality experts.
Enjoy a delectable Korean lunch while learning about the significance of one of Korea's most cherished cultural wedding traditions.
Following lunch, participate in a curated editorial shoot featuring a bride & groom in traditional HanBok alongside capsule wedding collections showcasing a variety of Western bridal styles, floral designs, and wedding design concepts inspired by Korean aesthetics.
The evening concludes with dinner in one of Seoul's most beloved neighborhoods, followed by free time to explore local cafés, night markets, and late-night Korean street food. Personal transportation during free time, including subway and taxi fares, is not included.
Day 3 | Reflection & Departure
Start the morning with optional wellness activities, including yoga or a scenic hike through the surrounding mountains.
After breakfast, join a final educational session featuring a special guest speaker. A thoughtful lunch to say farewell to the group will follow.
To conclude, guests may continue their Korean adventure independently or enjoy included transportation to Incheon International Airport. Attendees joining the optional Jeju Island editorial extension will be transferred to the airport for their flight to Korea's marvelous island destination.
